Gizem Akdoğan is a 21-year old sophomore at Boğaziçi University, studying at the Department of Linguistics. Born and raised in İstanbul, she has been attending and participating in MUN conferences with great pride and joy since 2016 as a delegate and as an Organization Team member. Furthermore, as an active member of the BoğaziçiMUN community, her desire to write for PRESENT derives from her interest to share the topics she is enthusiastic about, learn about different subjects, and work with a great team.
