Beyza Ovalıoğlu is a 19-year old preparation year student at Boğaziçi University, studying at the Department of Economics. Born and raised in Istanbul, she has been attending and participating in MUN conferences with great pride and joy since 2016 for a long time as a delegate, chair, undersecretary-general and deputy secretary-general. Furthermore, as an active member of the BoğaziçiMUN community, her desire to write for Present derives from her passion to get an insight into different topics and writing about them is the best way to do it in her opinion.
